Return Policy
Due to the nature of our bathing products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues or concerns with your purchase—such as receiving a damaged or defective product—please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, include your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photos of the product in question. We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
1.1 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order. All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
1.2 Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–10 business days within Canada.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee and typically takes 2–5 business days within Canada.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing, which can take 1–3 business days. Delivery may be affected by location, order volume, or carrier delays.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.
3. International Shipping
3.1 We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
3.2 International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bubble Tub Kids Corp is not liable for any additional import charges.
4. Shipping Restrictions
4.1 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4.2 Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
5.2 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
6.1 If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@bubbletubkids.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6.2 Bubble Tub Kids Corp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
